The VR15 Vinyl Weeder strips away your excess vinyl from any plotter and print ‘n cut. Your VR15 can be mounted directly at the end of any work table or flatbed laminators like RollsRoller, RollX or CWT.
Not only does your Vinyl Weeder save you up to 70% of the time you would have spent stripping vinyl by hand – it even keeps your excess vinyl away from your cut out graphic while neatly collecting all the excess vinyl on a roll.
By using the VR15 Vinyl Weeder you can be sure to avoid mistakes – You can even leave the machine in the middle of a job and answer your phone, without any damage to your cut out vinyl. Weeding vinyl has never been faster or easier!
The waste vinyl is collected on any standard 3” cardboard tube (the collector spool – which can be any 3” core from a vinyl roll) – This takes control of your waste – no more awkward and bulky bagging up of vinyl waste, the VR15 simply winds the waste neatly back up on to the collector spool core (up to 50m) for easy disposal.
The VR15 is prepared to be mounted with screws on a wood/plastic/steel table. If you want to mount it on a flatbed laminator, you need an adaptor.
The Media Roller is now also included from June 2020, so you can easily handle rolls as well as smaller jobs.
The VR15 steel stand has an adjustable height table. Table depth 500mm. Height adjustment from 729mm - 929mm.
