Returns / Exchanges
Items made to order/cut to size/special order are non-returnable.
The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt of goods if their intention to return them and obtain a goods return number.
Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 10% handling fee and carriage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Software cannot be returned if the seal is broken and the packaging has been opened.
All returns must be as new and in their original packaging. If any product requires refurbishment in order to be able to sell as new, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this from the total amount refunded.
Defective goods should be returned to the company at the customer’s expense. Such returns can only be made with the company’s authorisation.
If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed and replacements sent.
