Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You will need your proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in pristine condition and in its original packaging. If any product requires refurbishment in order to be able to sell as new, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this from the total amount refunded.
- Items made to order/cut to size/special order are non-returnable.
- Software/colour swatches cannot be returned if the seal is broken and the packaging has been opened.
If your intention is to return goods, please contact us and obtain a goods return number.
Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 10% handling fee. The customer will be responsible for the return carriage costs.
Defective goods should be returned to the company at the customer’s expense. Such returns can only be made with the company’s authorisation. If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed and replacements sent.
Refunds / Credits
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and advise on the status of your refund once inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item as stated above. Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable.
