Delivery Information
We’ll aim to deliver your parcels as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
• Cut to size orders and large bulky items (eg: cutting mats) up to 48hrs handling
• Next day delivery starting at £8.25 (UK mainland only via Royal Mail Guaranteed - delivery before 1pm next day) where possible - restrictions apply - or from £10.95 via courier (UK mainland - restrictions apply) £15.00 via courier (Industrial Scotland & Highlands), £20 via courier (Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight), £35 via courier (Channel Islands) & £35 via courier (Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly)
• Next day delivery when ordered before 4pm for Courier* and 4:30pm for Royal Mail (UK Mainland)
*Please note, some larger items currently have a cut off time of 2pm. If you have missed the 2pm cut off and require same day dispatch, please call to find out your options. If our courier collection is late we will continue to dispatch after the cut off time.
• Free on orders over £95 net (UK mainland - restrictions apply) and £200 net (Industrial Scotland, Highlands, N. Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly & Isle of Wight)
• For international shipping (including Ireland) please call for competitive carriage rates or proceed through the checkout online selecting the international shipping option and we'll be in touch with your quotation
• Orders outside of the UK are delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis and any additional fees e.g. import tax, duties etc. are payable by the buyer
• Smaller, low value items may be dispatched first class post if requested
• Timed and Saturday deliveries available - proceed through the checkout or contact us for a price
• Special order items may incur additional carriage charges

We are open for dispatch Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm. Any orders placed after 4:00pm for courier or 4:30pm for Royal Mail on weekdays will be dispatched on the next working day and any orders placed after 4:00pm for courier or 4:30pm for Royal Mail on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday. We are closed on bank holidays so should you place your order on a UK bank holiday it will be processed on the next working day.
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery. Whilst every effort will be made to supply goods of the correct type and quality and on time the company cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage, however caused.
If you have not received your delivery on the expected delivery date please contact us within 48 hours to notify us. Claims after this period waive all rights to any replacement or refund.
