Channel Applicator Rollers

Lightweight vehicle channel applicator tool for effectively working vinyl into deep channels and securing it during the post-heating stage.

The bevelled edge allows easy guidance into these difficult spaces, whilst the handle allows you to apply a higher level of evenly distributed pressure into a concentrated area compared to that of a traditional squeegee to reduce the risk of failure.

Wood handle, aluminium extender and rubber roller. 

• Small - 40mm diameter x 5mm thick roller (210mm overall length)
• Medium - 54mm diameter x 7mm thick roller (230mm overall length)
• Large - 61mm diameter x 14mm thick roller (245mm overall length)
