Penloc GTi Clear Adhesive - (Includes 1 Nozzle)

Penloc® GTi Clear, Is a 2-part fast curing (5 mins) structural adhesive ideally suited for bonding materials where a clear bond line is preferable such as glass and acrylic. Penloc® GTi Clear will bond just about any material combination*.

It can be used to construct light boxes and backlit signs without showing any shadow areas from the adhesive bond line. It is also ideal for bonding metals, modern composites, most plastics, Corian, wood, glass, acrylic, stone, granite, jewels and many more different substrates. It's available in 50ml cartridges fitted with a turn on/off valve.

Will not bond low surface energy materials such as PP, PE, PTFE, Silicone and Nylon.

Not stuitable for use with Simplefix or Snapfix locators. 

The adhesive will cure to clear when clamped between two clear substrates for one hour. However, when applied as an exposed bead it will cure to an off white colour.

Penloc® GTi Clear will tolerate -55°C to +125°C, will cure to a handling strength in 5 minutes and fully cure in just one hour.

50ml cartridge supplied with one nozzle. 

Please note: this mixture will begin to cure within a couple of minutes within the nozzle if you are not continually working so we would suggest purchasing additional nozzles and changing them regularly.

• 3mm bead size = 6.56 linear metres
• 4mm bead size = 3.69 linear metres
• 5mm bead size = 2.36 linear metres
• 0.05mm glueline thickness = 0.97m²
• 0.13mm glueline thickness = 0.39m²
