Double-edged plastic blades and a selection of razor blade holders - dwarf, long or wide to suit every user and their requirements. Great for removing pressure sensitive materials from metal, paint, plastic and glass surfaces that are easily scratched. 1.5" or 4" wide to cover almost any application.
All handles are supplied with orange blades as standard. Blue and yellow blades are available to purchase separately to suit a wider range of uses.
ORANGE
General purpose blades - These blades, having the consistency of your fingernail are relatively safe on just about any surface without damage or scratching. They are the softest material and are very pliable and forgiving which makes them great for use on delicate surfaces such as:
· Car paint
· Other plastics
· Finished wood
· Painted surfaces
· Soft surfaces
BLUE
Polycarbonate blades - These blades are manufactured using a Lexan (polycarbonate) blend of material making it pliable, yet durable. This blade will maintain its edge for a longer period of time than the orange blade but may scratch very delicate surfaces - it is however ideal for use on other surfaces such as:
· Fibre glass or gel coated surfaces
· Gaskets
· Soft metal
· Uneven surfaces
YELLOW
Acrylic blades – As a result of these blades being manufactured using acrylic, these are created using the hardest compound – making them the most rigid of our blades. Closest resembelance to a metal blade, but more forgiving.
These are great for use on hard, flat surfaces such as:
· Glass
· Windows
· Granite
· Marble
· Tiles
· Metals
· Unfinished wood
· Rigid surfaces
· Heavy duty use
· Adhesives/sealants
