The HEAT Glove™ is made with the Tint Installer in mind, however, there are other uses where high temperatures are needed such as applying & conforming pressure sensitive Chrome/Mylar films where speed and longer time on surface are paramount for that perfect installation.
The HEAT Glove™ Shell is made from an advanced nylon fibre that when knitted accurately can resist surface temps’ way beyond what would otherwise melt the films we apply. Additionally, the fibres are supple and slide smoothly over the surface.
V4* Red WrapGlove® (Liner): An evolution to the original V3, The V4 (Liner) is intended for wearing under the HEAT Glove™. The installer would use this added barrier during high temp situations, where there’s a need for an additional barrier of protection during extended periods on surface or long runs when applying & conforming Chrome & Mylar films. For those tint shrinkers first starting out, the use of the V4 will help the technician stay on surface longer where the build-up of heat may prevent or delay completion.
