Apply vinyl and prints to boards, windows, vehicles - in fact any surface with ease with this 2-in-1 tool. Features a double, teflon coated cutting head that slits a 17mm strip cleanly and smoothly, through the backing paper alone to expose an anchor point for application, or slit the vinyl and backing paper together for a standard cut with this versatile cutter.

Removes the risk posed by attempting to cut backing paper away using a standard knife, which can often cause damage to your vinyl and prints. 

Its special teflon-coating improves the sliding ability and gives you a perfect, effortless cut through your vinyl or just the backing paper - whatever you need. No consumable teflon self-adhesive shoes are required for this cutter.

• Simply slide the teflon coated shoe between the vinyl and backing paper whilst it is on a flat surface, with the backing paper facing towards you and pull in a clean, smooth motion to make the slit. The teflon shoe will not stick to the vinyls adhesive.
• To cut both layers, insert the vinyl and backing paper into the slitter and pull through.
