For removal of self-adhesive films, the 3M™ Graphic Film Remover is a pH neutral film and adhesive remover designed specifically to aid the removal of 3M™ Controltac and 3M™ Scotchcal films but is also effective on other brands of vinyl too.
- Apply liquid with brush or paint roller
- Allow to soak in for 15-30 minutes
- Scrape the Vinyl Off
Adhesive residue will usually need to be removed in an additional step.

Not suitable for use with water-based paints.
