Premium quality lamp post bracket for mounting banners to lamp posts. Self tensioning system complaint with EN40 regulations as required by councils to mount banners to lighting columns. Wind tested up to 90mph. Please be aware of copy products on the market at lower prices claiming to be EN40 compliant without the relevant wind tunnel tests proving their compliance.

Helps to deal with expansion of PVC due to wind and heat and will keep your banner taut.

The Euro Chieftain system complies fully with the all-important Government Regulation EN40 which dictates the maximum wind load that any type of signage is allowed to exert onto a standard street lighting column which is often a general requirement for local authority and county council tenders.

Suitable for lamp post columns and poles from 76mm diameter upwards, whether straight, fluted or tapered (simply select the correct Tamtorque clips to correspond).

Brackets must be installed using 3 Tamtorque Stainless Steel bands per bracket (6 per set) which provide a tamper resistant fix.

Estimated installation time approx. 20 minutes per banner.

Pole diameter 18mm. Poles can be cut to size to suit your banner. Replacement poles available.

What do I need for a complete system?

The system alone comprises of two black fibreglass arms, two black powder-coated aluminium brackets with integrated spring-loaded tensioning and banner arm flexing mechanisms, two metal clips to secure the poles to the brackets as shown in the image and two pieces of neoprene sheet which sit between the bracket housing and pole.

To complete the system, tamtorque clips need to be added in addition to suit the size post required (3 Tamtorque Stainless Steel bands per bracket, 6 per set), Tamtorque fixing tools if you do not have these already and 1 cable tie per bracket, 2 per set.

Maximum banner size accommodated: 3000mm x 800mm (only for short term or a very low-wind area)
