The Alkathene Cup
The alkathene cup portion is secured to background with a no. 6
round head screw for the medium or a no. 8 screw for the jumbo
The Acrylic Stud
The acrylic stud has a point enabling the sign letter to be pressed
onto a paper layout which provides an accurate drilling guide for the
background. For narrower letter strokes, the base diameter of the
medium stud can be reduced to 11mm (to match socket) by snapping
off along ‘v’ section grooves with cutters.
For acrylic flat cut or built up letters or panels, glue the stud with Hypersol 12 or Penloc 1:1R
For wood or aluminium use Penloc 1:1R
