Compression Shears Replacement Parts

Replacement blades and base plates for the Compression Shears (sold separately)

 

Please note: Once you have fitted the replacement blade or base plate into the shears, they will need 'bedding in'. When you initially purchase the shears, this will have already been done for you but as replacement parts will sit differently in each shear when fitted it would not be possible for us to pre-bed the spares as it may result in an in-precise cut. 

To do this, you simply need to either cut for a short time over and over again so that the blade inserts into the base. Otherwise, you can also turn the shear around so the base plate is on top and the blade on the bottom and hit it with less effort. After the blade has been bedded into the base plate, your shears will be working as usual!
