For Super Strong Banners, made of a high strength composite film, Crystal Clear BravoTabs® are stronger than traditional eyelets and are much less conspicuous, allowing them to blend into the banner for a more aesthetic finish.

Perfect for even full-colour digitally printed banners! Square in shape, they are great for use as either a corner tab or edge tab and one size fits all!

• Banner hemming tape is not always necessay when using BravoTabs®  for indoor or light duty use banners.

We recommend however for banners over 180cm (6ft) in length, fitted in exposed areas or for longer term use that you also use the Banner Reinforcing Tape Clearfor the ultimate strength.

• For banners up to 180cm (6ft) we recommend using four BravoTabs® at the banner corners. Anything over this size, we suggest adding tabs along the edge every 60-90cm.
• For Hole Punching, the Banner Ups PowerPunch®  is the safest and easiest means of punching the centre tab hole.

using the clear single sided reinforcing tape, there is no need to fold a hem along the top and bottom edge of the back of the banner.

Simply:

1. Apply the BravoTabs®
2. Run Reinforcing Tape - Clear along the top and bottom edge (and sides if you wish to reduce curling!)
3. Punch holes through the tape, tabs and media with the PowerPunch®

Not only will your banners be twice as strong, but you can also cut fabrication time by up to 80% (3 mins vs 15mins)!

Useful Tips

• First, it helps if you can clamp both ends of the banner on a table with just a little tension to remove any wrinkles. Next, you don’t need to place the PowerTape® exactly along the edge. It is better to give yourself 6mm leeway to allow for any slight wandering as you go down the banner. You will develop your own technique, but we have always found it helpful to pull off an arms length of tape at a time and lay that down, using some tension to keep the tape straight then pull off another, etc.

Due to its relatively small size and lightweight properties, it's completely portable and significantly lower in cost than benchtop eyelet presses.
